Mr Sim Laysym is an experienced tax advisor with more than 11 years of experiences dealing with tax authorities in Cambodia. He has advised on tax planning for large property projects, on employment benefits, and has conducted tax due diligence on several acquisitions in Cambodia.
Currently Laysym is a tax partner with VDB Loi Cambodia, where he leads the tax advisory, compliance and controversy team.
Mr Sim Laysym graduated with his bachelor’s degree in management and is a professional accountant from ACCA.
