Mr. HORT Bunsong

Mr Hort Bunsong has over 26 years of experience in both management and leadership roles in two main sectors – agriculture and financial sector. He started his career as a Coordinator of the Federation of Cambodian Rice Millers Association where he helped in creating required lending documents and procedures of credit scheme for Rice millers as well as coordinating relation between local rice millers and potential international buyers. After 5 years in the agriculture sector, Mr Bunsong spent all his times in the financial sector where he serves as CEO of one of the microfinance institutions. In this microfinance institution, Mr Bunsong started in the start-up phase and then transformed the business into a professional institution equipped with all relevant policies and procedures to attract investment from both local and international investors.
Currently Mr Hort Bunsong serves as a Board Advisor of a leasing company – Mega Leasing Plc, as well as CEO of Mega Fund.
Bunsong graduated with his master’s degree in management and has attended several training courses locally and internationally in business management.
